We have an onsite cleaner position available within Holcim at Glensanda Quarry. This role is ideal for someone who considers themself to be reliable, proactive and eager to learn.

Role: Cleaner

Location: Glensanda Quarry, Rhugh Garbh Depot, Barcaldine, PA37 1SE
You will need to arrive onsite at 6.30am to catch the ferry over to the quarry, you will stay at the quarry all expenses paid for 7 days, then have 7 days off.

Rate: £14.10 per hour

Contract length: 1st September - 1st December

Shift Patterns: working 7 days a week 7am till 7pm, (84hrs) 1 week on, 1 week off.

Start: 1st Sept

Responsibilities:

• General site maintenance
• Cleaning up to 90 rooms
• Linen room & washing duties
• Help with food preparation & serving
• Cleaning and maintaining the canteen
• Practising the highest standards of Health and Safety at all times

Essential requirements:

• Food hygiene certificate
• A cleaning health & safety certificate
• Previous cleaning experience
• Some knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation
