- Using Sabre and Amadeus GDS for intricate group flight ticketing, fare builds, manual reissues, and disruption management under tight deadlines.
- Partner with airlines, hotels, and transport providers to secure competitive group rates and value-adds while managing budgets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate event organizers, delivering calm, rapid problem-solving during live event disruptions.
- Manage group invoicing, bill-backs, and compliance with client travel policies, GDPR, and duty-of-care standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience booking corporate group travel, meetings, or complex events within a TMC or travel agency environment.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS for group air management and ticketing.
- Strong organisation skills, sharp attention to detail, and experience managing invoices or client billing processes.
