Description

• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data and payment details.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
• Handle payroll queries and provide clear, timely resolutions.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
• Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll processes.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and implement any required changes.

Profile

A successful Payroll Analyst should have:

• Experience in payroll processing or a similar role within the accounting and finance field.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll/HR system and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Knowledge of relevant payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries effectively.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate of £14.00 - £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
