This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Financial Advisor with CAS who is looking to build their advisory career within a supportive and well-established wealth management business.
Rather than spending years trying to build a client portfolio from scratch, you'll inherit an existing bank of clients with significant assets under management.
The role is predominantly desk based and office based, with client meetings typically conducted via telephone and video conferencing, making it an ideal environment to develop your advisory skills while benefiting from regular support and guidance.
You'll work alongside experienced advisers and support staff within a collaborative office, gaining exposure to a broad range of financial planning needs while building long-term client relationships.

What you'll do
- Manage an existing client portfolio with significant assets under management
- Conduct client review meetings through telephone and video consultations
- Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and retirement planning
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and assets under management
- Work closely with paraplanning and administration support to deliver an excellent client experience
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records
- Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA requirements and client objectives
What you'll need
- Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Ideally 6 to 12 months' experience as a Financial Advisor
- Level 4 Diploma qualified
- Good knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients remotely
- Full UK driving licence preferred
