Support Worker - Falkirk/Livingston - #2122239

Our client is looking for proactive, energetic support workers to join their teams ASAP, and they are exceptionally flexible with availability whether you are looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, or Night-Only shifts, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role:

• Supporting adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, non-verbal communication, and complex support needs in a 24/7 supported accommodation setting.
• Activities: Service users love staying active! You'll be getting out into the community for bowling, street football, exploring, and trying new activities.

Key Skills Needed:

• Previous care experience with complex needs/learning disabilities.
• Experience or training in epilepsy and emergency/rescue medication is highly desirable. Candidates should be confident in maintaining clear, professional boundaries and redirecting challenging behaviour.

Location 2: Livingston

• The Role: Supporting older adults and a young adult with mild learning disabilities, autism, and backgrounds of childhood trauma in a supported-living environment.
• Activities: Socialising, going out into the local community, attending activities, and heading to the pub!
• Key Skills Needed: Support experience with learning disabilities or autism. Candidates must hold valid Moving & Handling and Medication training (epilepsy or rescue medication training is a great bonus).

• Flexible Shifts: Earlies, Lates, Waking Nights, or Sleepovers available to fit around your schedule.
• Immediate Starts: Quick onboarding process for reliable candidates.
