Are you a Technical Sales / Business Development professional from a Sensors / Instrumentation background, looking to take ownership of a high-potential territory where you can maximise your earnings through uncapped commission and play a key role in company growth?

Excellent opportunity to join an established and expanding organisation, where you'll have full autonomy across Scotland, focusing heavily on new business development whilst benefiting from existing engineering support, specialist training and excellent long-term progression as the region grows.

This well-established business has over 40 years of industry experience and provides a comprehensive range of technical equipment, systems and service solutions to customers across a variety of industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to significantly expand their presence throughout Scotland.

In this field-based role, you will take ownership of the Scotland territory, identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across Manufacturing, Ports & Terminals, Waste/Recycling and other industrial markets. You will sell a range of technical equipment, systems and service contracts, alongside managing and developing selected larger existing accounts.

You'll have a high degree of autonomy and the support of Engineers already based within Scotland, alongside initial and ongoing specialist training. Longer term, the company has ambitious plans to further establish its Scottish operations, providing an excellent opportunity to play an integral role in the region's growth and future development.

This role suits a Technical Sales / Business Development professional with experience in Sensors / Instrumentation, or IT/Software, looking for autonomy, uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to take ownership of a growing territory.

The Role

• Ownership of sales and business development
• Manage and develop selected larger existing accounts
• Sell technical equipment, systems, service and contract solutions
• Uncapped commission with £15,000 - £20,000+ expected commission earnings
• Excellent long-term progression as the Scottish operation expands

The Person

• Technical Sales / BD background
• Background in Sensors/Instrumentation/IT
• Proven experience winning new B2B business
• Experience selling technical products, services or solutions into industrial markets
• Comfortable independently managing and developing a regional territory
• Based within the Central Belt of Scotland
