Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor with 2–5 years' experience to join our growing commercial team based in Glasgow.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of your own projects from start to finish, ensuring costs are controlled and contracts are administered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial delivery of your own projects
• Preparing and submitting valuations and applications for payment
• Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Identifying and managing project variations
• Assisting with contract administration
• Working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams
• Supporting the successful financial delivery of projects

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 2–5 years' Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
