Our client is a large Engineering company in Glasgow city centre.
Please note - The contract will be 5 weeks duration based in the Glasgow offices and 40 hrs per week.

Please note - The contract will be 5 weeks duration based in the Glasgow offices and 40 hrs per week.
Purpose:
- Requirement for an Administrator for a short-term contract to assist with large volume filing.
- To process over 2,000 employee files held within the Randex cabinets.
- These require processing in line with agreed retention guidelines, including identifying leavers, confirming digital records, scanning relevant documentation where required, and preparing the majority of files for confidential shredding.
- We would require someone with Admin background, (HR Admin if possible but not essential), and skilled in IT for scanning and saving files online.
