As a Travel Consultant, you will help customers plan and book their perfect holidays, providing expert advice and delivering excellent customer service. The successful Travel Consultant will be confident, friendly and passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences.

As a Travel Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising customers as a Travel Consultant on holidays, flights, hotels and travel packages
• Building strong relationships with customers as a Travel Consultant
• Creating personalised holiday packages as a Travel Consultant
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey
• Using your knowledge and experience as a Travel Consultant to recommend suitable destinations
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Handling enquiries and converting them into bookings
• Keeping up to date with destinations, travel products and industry trends

We are looking for a Travel Consultant who is:

• Passionate about travel and holidays
• Customer-focused and confident
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets
• Excellent at communication and building relationships
• Organised and able to work in a busy environment
• Ideally experienced as a Travel Consultant or within the travel industry
