Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator or Financial Planning PA looking for a role where you can make a real impact?
We're partnering with a progressive and growing Financial Planning firm in Glasgow that is passionate about delivering exceptional advice and first-class client service. As a Financial Services Co-Ordinator, you'll become a key part of the client journey, working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll act as the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a professional and personalised service throughout their financial planning journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with approximately 200+ clients and handling day-to-day enquiries
- Coordinating annual client reviews and booking appointments
- Preparing welcome packs, review packs, and client documentation
- Managing Financial Planner diaries and workflow activity
- Tracking cases through to completion and liaising with internal teams
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring KYC information remains up to date
- Preparing professional client correspondence and documentation
- Processing Letters of Authority and gathering information from providers
- Supporting the delivery of compliant, high-quality financial advice
- Ensuring adherence to FCA regulations, company procedures, and best practice standards
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with experienced financial services professionals who have a strong background in financial planning administration and client support.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience supporting Financial Planners within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
- Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and client servicing
- Experience using back-office systems such as Intelligent Office
- Familiarity with CashCalc, Dynamic Planner, and provider platforms
- Experience preparing Letters of Authority, applications, suitability documentation, and review packs
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and detail-focused approach to work
