Confero Recruitment Group is supporting an FM Service Provoder in their search for an Electrician to deliver reactive maintenance and PPM, ensuring systems are safe, efficient, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs
- Complete PPM tasks
- Annual emergency lighting maintenance
- Ensure 18th Edition (BS 7671) compliance
- Maintain records and support H&S/audits
- Work with site teams
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition certification (essential)
