Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain job, company, and operational information
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or incorrectly formatted information
- Perform routine data validation and quality checks
- Organise digital records according to established procedures
- Identify and report recurring data issues to operations and technical teams
- Handle user and company information carefully and maintain confidentiality
- Follow established workflows and documentation standards
- Meet agreed accuracy, quality, and productivity standards
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing, spelling, and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and common productivity tools
- Ability to follow documented processes and work independently
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Authorised to work in the United Kingdom
Preferred
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, research, or operations
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or database systems
- Experience reviewing job, company, customer, or operational information
- Comfortable learning new software and internal tools
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing routine data-focused tasks, and communicating effectively with remote teams.
