The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Scrub Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join a well-established private hospital in Glasgow.

You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of patient care and ensuring the smooth running of theatre lists.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating theatres for a range of surgical procedures
- Work as a scrub practitioner across various specialities
- Assist surgeons and the wider theatre team during procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure infection control standards are met
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are correctly handled and accounted for
- Deliver safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative pathway
- NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered ODP
- Previous experience working in a scrub role
- Exposure to a range of surgical specialities (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and theatre practice
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Competitive salary up to £43,000 (depending on experience)
