Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate

A great opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing Glasgow litigation team. Applications are welcomed from lawyers with 2+ years' PQE through to Senior Associate level who are looking to handle a varied caseload and develop their careers within a supportive environment.

The role

• Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters
• Draft and progress Sheriff Court actions
• Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions
• Work collaboratively on more complex disputes
• Build and maintain client relationships

About you

• 2+ years' PQE, up to and including Senior Associate level
• Broad litigation experience covering property, contract, debt recovery and housing disputes
• Experience drafting and progressing court actions through the Sheriff Court
• Organisational and client relationship skills
• Able to manage a varied caseload and work independently when required
