Your new role
As an M&A Transactions Tax Manager, you will play a key role in advising clients throughout the deal life cycle. You'll work on a broad range of buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing tax due diligence, identifying transaction risks and opportunities, advising on deal structures and supporting clients through complex acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations.

Working directly with partners, directors and senior stakeholders, you will lead work streams, manage project delivery and act as a trusted adviser to clients operating across a wide range of sectors. This role offers significant exposure to corporate transactions and the opportunity to work with both domestic and international clients on high-profile deals.
Alongside transaction execution, you'll help develop junior team members, contribute to business development activities and build long-term relationships across the firm's wider advisory and tax teams.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA, CA, CTA or ATT qualified, or possess an equivalent professional qualification, with experience gained within Transactions Tax, Corporate Tax or a related advisory environment. Previous exposure to tax due diligence, deal advisory work or restructuring projects would be highly beneficial.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical and analytical skills, alongside the commercial awareness required to understand the wider implications of a transaction. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and building relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
