Location: Glasgow (Office Based) - with free parking
Salary: £32,500 - £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Monthly Commission (commission earned on every penny billed)
Contract: Full time, Permanent

To help you hit the ground running, you'll inherit an existing portfolio of clients and live vacancies, giving you the opportunity to start billing from day one while also building and growing your own desk.

If you've got around 1–2 years of recruitment experience, enjoy building relationships, and want to accelerate your career in an ambitious environment, we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development through to placement.
• Building and developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Growing your own desk while managing an existing portfolio of clients.
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts.
• Working closely with the leadership team to help shape the future of the business.

What We're Looking For

• We're less interested in where you've worked and more interested in your mindset.

MUST haves:

• 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Completed the full 360 recruitment process (Source the new business, Win the business, Source the perfect candidate, Place the perfect candidate)
