HR Co-Ordinator - FTC - 12 Months - Glasgow - #2138150

In this varied role, you'll be the first point of contact for HR and recruitment queries, supporting employees, managers, and candidates across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding new starters and coordinating recruitment activities to processing employee changes, managing pre-employment checks, and supporting leavers, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent people service.

What you'll do:

• Provide first-line HR and recruitment support.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, and pre-employment checks.
• Support recruitment requisitions, vacancy adverts, interviews, and candidate communications.
• Process employee lifecycle changes, including pay, benefits, leave, and leavers.
• Escalate complex queries to specialist HR teams where appropriate.

What we're looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and working independently.
• Good digital and administrative skills.
• HR administration or People Services experience is desirable, particularly with Workday, but not essential.
