• With continued investment in their portfolio and pioneering work in cutting edge technology they now require an Business Development Manager based in Glasgow, Edinburgh or Central Scotland.

The Role

• This is initially a new business role selling a range of outdoor media solutions.
• Once on board you will liaise with existing clients, developing the relationships, establishing their advertising needs and providing solutions.
• Sourcing leads and setting up appointments.
• Dealing with incoming leads.
• Clients will include SME and corporate clients from a range of sectors.
• You will complete the full sales cycle.
• Closing sales over the phone and face to face (remote & in person).
• You will maintain an understanding of their market and will have the support and back up of strong case studies and marketing information to ensure sales success.

 Key responsibilities

• Sourcing leads
• Focussing on certain sectors
• Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business.
• Retaining & growing existing customers spend.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers.
• Negotiate the terms of agreements and closing sales.
• Gather market and customer information.
• Review your own sales performance, aiming to exceed revenue targets.
• To make accurate, rapid cost calculations and to provide customers with quotations.

The Candidate 

• Ideally you will have a demonstrable track record of success selling outdoor  advertising solutions to customers with the desire to work for an expanding organisation on a cutting edge premier portfolio.  
• We are not looking for average performers for this role. To apply for this role you will be need to be at the top of your game and be able to demonstrate a track record of over achieving your targets and out performing your colleagues.
• You will be looking to join a leading media player that are expanding with an innovative range of media products. 
• You will have a strong understanding of the media and marketing departments, coupled with the drive, motivation and passion to develop new business in a competitive market. You will have strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels.

Basic £40K - £45K + uncapped bonus (OTE £60K - £65K) + car + benefits
