Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week

About the Role

We're expanding our Glasgow team and looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative who enjoys meeting people and isn't afraid of a target. You'll be out and about across the city, representing our brand, starting conversations, and turning interest into results. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who wants to learn sales and marketing from the ground up while earning based on what they achieve.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting customers face-to-face across Glasgow on a daily basis
• Introducing our brand and explaining what we offer clearly and confidently
• Identifying customer needs and matching them to the right product or service
• Converting conversations into sign-ups or sales
• Managing your own appointments and planning your day efficiently
• Sharing feedback from customers to help shape future campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Comfortable approaching and talking to new people every day
• Resilient — able to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Self-disciplined enough to manage your own schedule
• Driving licence and transport preferred, not essential
• No experience necessary — full training provided
