Finance Regulatory Manager - #2142769

Reed Finance is recruiting for a growing organisation seeking a Finance Regulatory Manager to take ownership of regulatory reporting, strengthen financial controls and support wider finance activities. This is a 6 month temporary position.

This is a hands-on role combining technical regulatory expertise with management accounting, process improvement and stakeholder engagement. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, enhancing controls and developing best practice across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee UK regulatory returns including MiFID, RMAR, FSA029 and FSA030 submissions.
• Ensure regulatory reporting is accurate, controlled, fully evidenced and submitted on time.
• Review and improve reporting models, spreadsheets and control frameworks.
• Reconcile regulatory returns to underlying financial data and investigate discrepancies.
• Support ICARA reporting, capital and liquidity monitoring where required.
• Assist with monthly management accounts, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting.
• Work closely with Finance, Risk and Compliance teams to resolve reporting issues and enhance controls.

What You'll Need

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience preparing UK financial services regulatory returns.
• Strong management accounting and financial control experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex modelling and spreadsheet review.
• Ideally experience within financial services
