At GXO, we're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Langlands Park, East Kilbride. You'll play a key role in supporting our warehouse operation, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently while using warehouse systems to help keep our operation running smoothly.

This is a permanent, part-time position working Saturday and Sunday only, 06:00 to 14:00, giving you the flexibility of having your weekdays free.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Ensure that everyone follows site processes and procedures, and that any operational anomalies are recorded
  • Maintain both paper-based and computerised filing systems accurately
  • Provide a high-quality service by producing accurate documentation and records in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, using initiative where required
  • Show commitment to continuous development, improving efficiency and productivity, while consistently presenting a professional image that reflects positively on GXO and Sainsbury’s


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Experience in administrative function within logistics is essential
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data is desirable with the ability to produce work accurately to meet deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Be able to prioritise own workload and work under pressure
