FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established exhibitions and events business with the recruitment of an Sales Executive.

Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow.

Salary

Fully Negotiable depending on experience + Bonus + Progression + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business across exhibition stand design, build, event services and sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals and industry research.
• Build strong relationships with exhibitors, event organisers, agencies and corporate clients.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to quotation, negotiation and close.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maximise repeat business.
• Understand client objectives and recommend suitable exhibition solutions.
• Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in B2B sales, exhibition sales, events or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident presenting to clients and managing commercial conversations.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience within exhibition stand design and build would be highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of trade shows, conferences and live events would be beneficial.
• Existing contacts within the events or exhibitions industry would be advantageous.
