Real Estate Senior Associate/Legal Director (7+ PQE)

Ready to take on a leading role within a top-tier Real Estate team? This is an great opportunity for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join a highly regarded Glasgow practice working on some of Scotland's most significant commercial property transactions.

You'll play a key role in major investment, financing and asset management projects while advising a diverse client base that includes investors, lenders, occupiers, private equity firms and international businesses.

The role

• Advise on commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Handle investment and financing transactions
• Manage landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and asset management work
• Work closely with banking, corporate, construction and planning teams
• Mentor Junior Lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives

About you

• 7+ years' PQE in commercial real estate
• Experience handling complex Scottish property transactions
• Strong background in acquisitions, disposals, leasing and asset management work
• Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
• Confident managing transactions and leading matters independently
• Interested in supporting the development of junior colleagues and growing client relationships
