  • Maintaining the organisation’s HR system and ensuring employee data is accurate
  • Delivering inductions for new starters and supporting follow-up meetings
  • Producing monthly HR reports using HR systems and other data sources

  • Producing the HR newsletter
  • Supporting projects including policy updates, process improvements and GDPR-related activity
  • Working alongside the Payroll Adviser and assisting with monthly payroll checks and audit requirements
What We’re Looking ForYou don’t need to have worked in HR before. We’re more interested in your organisational skills, attitude and ability to learn.
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has strong administration and organisational skills
  • Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work
  • Can manage competing priorities and work effectively in a busy environment
  • Is comfortable dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Has strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Communicates confidently and professionally with colleagues at all levels
  • Takes a proactive approach and looks for ways to improve processes
  • Can work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
  • Is keen to develop their knowledge and career within HR
Previous HR or payroll experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

What’s On Offer
You’ll join an established HR team where you’ll have the opportunity to gain broad, practical experience across HR.
The role offers exposure to recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, payroll, reporting, projects and process improvement, making it a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals and become involved in wider initiatives across the organisation.
