Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their growing Glasgow team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, developing new skills and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role

As an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will represent client campaigns, engage with customers and help increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. You will work as part of a supportive team, developing your communication and sales skills while helping deliver positive customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing clients and campaigns in a professional manner.

  • Engaging directly with customers and providing clear product and campaign information.

  • Building positive customer relationships.

  • Supporting customer acquisition and promotional campaigns.

  • Working towards individual and team targets.

  • Participating in ongoing training and development.

  • Providing feedback and insights from customer interactions.

  • Supporting the wider sales and marketing team with campaign activity.
