Location: Scotland (Remote / Field Based)

The Opportunity

A leading and rapidly expanding automotive manufacturer is seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager to support retailer partners across Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation at an exciting stage of development, working closely with senior retailer stakeholders to improve customer experience, operational standards, and commercial performance across the network.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving aftersales excellence, supporting retailer performance, and influencing positive change across multiple franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with retailer partners throughout Scotland.
• Support retailers in achieving customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability objectives.
• Analyse aftersales performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement retailer action plans to improve performance.
• Support the resolution of customer escalations and complex operational issues.
• Conduct regular retailer visits, reviews, and performance audits.
• Drive compliance with manufacturer standards, policies, and processes.
• Work closely with technical and warranty teams to support retailer performance.
• Deliver coaching, guidance, and best-practice sharing across the network.

About You:

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Experience in automotive aftersales, dealer development, field operations, or automotive retailer performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with dealership management teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based environment.
• Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
