Corporate Tax Senior Manager - #2147995

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Glasgow to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager, offering flexible working, a company pension, and much more. This role would suit a Corporate Tax Senior Manager or experienced Tax Manager looking to progress within a well established Glasgow practice with a strong client base across a variety of sectors. You will take a leading role in managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing strategic tax advice, and supporting the continued growth of the tax department.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing all aspects of their tax affairs
• Provide advisory led corporate tax services, including restructuring, due diligence, and planning
• Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by junior team members
• Support the development and mentoring of junior staff within the tax department
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience managing a corporate tax portfolio at Senior Manager level
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
