Real Estate Senior Solicitor/Associate (3–7 PQE)

The role

• Advise on commercial property acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions
• Draft and negotiate missives, leases and related property documentation
• Conduct title examinations and prepare reports for clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and property professionals
• Support and mentor junior members of the team
• Contribute to networking and business development initiatives

About you

• 3–7 years' PQE in commercial property law
• Experience handling Scottish real estate transactions
• Confident managing files and client relationships independently
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Commercially aware and solutions-focused
• Experience supervising junior colleagues would be advantageous
