Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week

Half the job is sorting problems out, the other half is spotting an opportunity when you see one. We're after a Customer Service & Sales Assistant for our Glasgow team who can do both, someone who's as comfortable answering a tricky question as they are turning a good conversation into a sale.

The Bits That Matter

Service side:

• Meeting customers in residential areas across Glasgow
• Sorting out questions and concerns on the spot, no script-reading
• Making sure people walk away happy, whether they buy anything or not

Sales side:

• Spotting when a customer's genuinely interested and following it through
• Explaining products/services in a way that actually makes sense
• Closing where it's the right fit — never pushing where it isn't

Either way:

• You're planning your own day, your own route, your own pace
• Your pay moves with your results — simple as that

Sound Like You?

• Not precious about hearing "no" now and then
• Comfortable working solo, without someone checking in every hour
