Night Site Manager – HVAC Project

Location: Glasgow
Rate: £400 per night
Contract: Temporary – initially until the end of December, with potential extension into January
Hours: Approx. 6:00pm – 4:00am, 5 nights per week
Start: ASAP / within the next 2 weeks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a major facilities management provider on an HVAC project at a large corporate headquarters in Glasgow.

The role will involve supervising night works associated with the installation of HVAC pipework across two floors of the building. You will be responsible for overseeing works onsite, coordinating contractors, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained and completing the necessary temporary works checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC pipework installation works during night shifts.
• Manage subcontractors and site activities to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
• Carry out Temporary Works Supervisor duties and required checks.
• Ensure RAMS and site health & safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with the wider project management team.
• Monitor progress and report any issues or delays.
• Maintain high standards of site management throughout the works.

Requirements

• Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) qualification – essential.
• Strong M&E / HVAC project experience preferred.
• Experience supervising installation works and subcontractors.
• SMSTS.
• CSCS.
• First Aid.
