Exciting Opportunity: Business Advisor (6-month FTC with opportunity to go permanent

Our client, a leading name in the financial services sector, is seeking a dedicated Business Advisor for a 6-month contract within their Business Fulfilment Team. Role Overview:
As a Business Advisor, you will be instrumental in supporting business banking customers, balancing your time between administrative tasks and customer service. This dynamic role will allow you to develop essential skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a variety of administrative activities supporting business banking customers.
Take ownership of customer requests from initial inquiry through to resolution.
Communicate directly with business customers via telephone, resolving queries and providing updates.
Handle both inbound and outbound customer contacts, delivering a professional and personalised service.
Process account maintenance requests and manage inquiries across multiple channels (telephone, email, letters, and referrals).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer requests.
Maintain accurate customer records while adhering to data quality standards.
Work across various business banking processes, enhancing your knowledge throughout the customer journey.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, FCA regulations, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in administration or customer service.
A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others.

A willingness to learn new systems and processes.

While previous experience in financial services is beneficial, it's not a requirement. Candidates from diverse backgrounds-including administration, retail, hospitality, and contact centres-are encouraged to apply!

What's in it for You?
Competitive hourly rate of £16.00.
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).
Hybrid working model post-training, allowing flexibility to work from home 60% of the time!
Full training and support from experienced leaders and colleagues to help you succeed.

Training:
During the initial training period, you will be required to work onsite in Glasgow Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for upto 4 weeks.

You must pass a credit check, DBS and 3 years employment referencing.
