End User Support Specialist / Service Desk

Fully Remote | Up to £35,000

We’re working with an established technology business that is looking for an experienced End User Support Specialist / Service Desk Consultant to join their team on a fully remote basis.

This is a 2nd line support role, ideal for someone with a strong background in an MSP environment who enjoys troubleshooting, taking ownership of issues and providing a high level of service to customers.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in a Service Desk / Technical Support role within an MSP
• Solid Microsoft knowledge across Windows, M365 and Azure
• Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, applications and networks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users
• Experience working with remote support tools
• A Microsoft Associate level certification is essential
• A proactive, customer focused approach with a strong sense of ownership

Salary: Up to £35,000
