Business Development Consultant 

Glasgow | Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home | £28,000–£30,000 Basic + £40,000–£50,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission

We're recruiting for an established learning and technology business looking to add to their growing Glasgow commercial team. Building your own pipeline and  managing opportunities through to close.

The role

This is a fast-paced B2B sales environment where you'll generate new business, speak with senior decision-makers and sell learning and technology solutions to businesses.

The package:

• £28,000–£30,000 basic 
• Uncapped commission + performance incentives
• Performance-based incentive trips and rewards
• Structured sales training and ongoing development
• Clear progression - Senior, Account Management, Enterprise or leadership
• Top Enterprise performers earning £100k+ OTE

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and managing your own B2B sales pipeline
• Prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and networking
• Engaging business owners and senior decision-makers
• Managing opportunities from prospecting through to close
• Working towards individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience who is ambitious, competitive and hungry to progress.

You'll ideally have:

• Minimum of 12 months experience in B2B sales
• A target-driven and commercially minded approach
• Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
• Strong resilience and objection-handling skills
