We are currently recruiting experienced Care Professionals for high-earning placements across Argyll & Bute, the Western Isles, the Orkney Islands, and the Shetland Islands.

Whether you are looking for a lucrative short-term contract or a longer-term placement, these roles offer guaranteed stability, competitive pay, and fully provided accommodation.

• Competitive Pay Rates (PAYE Rolled-Up):

  • Healthcare Assistants & Support Workers: From £19.00/hr

  • Seniors, Co-Ordinators & Managers: From £21.50/hr

• Accommodation Included: Shared accommodation is provided by our clients for the full duration of your placement.

• Travel Expenses Covered: Your ferry travel to and from the islands is fully reimbursed by Randstad.

• Contract Length & Flexibility: Minimum 12-week commitment, with placements available up to 6 months.

• Work-Life Balance: Extend your contract past 12 weeks and take up to 2 weeks of leave.

We have roles across Care Homes, Homecare, and Supported Living settings:

• Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)

• Support Workers

• Senior Care Assistants

• Care Co-Ordinators

• Team Managers

• Previous experience in a social care or healthcare setting

• Registration with the SSSC (or willingness to register)

• Right to work in the UK

• Willingness to relocate for the duration of the contract (minimum 12 weeks)
