• Manage the preparation and review of financial reports and statements.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Prepare and present financial updates to senior management.
• Assist with audits and ensure accurate financial documentation.

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

• A professional accounting qualification, eg, CIMA, ACCA, ICAS etc
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy Manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and guide a team.

Job Offer

• Daily rate of £400 to £440, dependent on the level of experience.
• Temporary position in the Manufacturing industry based in Glasgow

This role is mostly site based so you will need to be in a minimum of 3 days per week
