This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketing professional to take ownership of SEO, website content, paid campaigns and performance analytics within a highly regarded Scottish professional services organisation. You'll play a key role in driving online visibility and campaign effectiveness while working in a collaborative, award-winning environment.

Client Details

Our client is a leading Scottish professional services organisation with a longstanding reputation for excellence, innovation and client service. Recognised multiple times as a Law Firm of the Year and known for its collaborative, people-focused culture, the business combines commercial ambition with a strong commitment to employee development, ESG principles and making a positive impact in the communities it serves.

Description

We're seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to lead and support a broad range of digital marketing activities across SEO, website content, paid campaigns and performance analytics.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining creativity with data, and who is motivated by improving digital performance through insight-led decision making.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Performance

  • Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic visibility
  • Optimise on-page content and support SEO best practice across the website
  • Keep digital content fresh, relevant and aligned with business objectives
  • Create, edit and publish content through CMS platforms including WordPress

Digital Campaigns

  • Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimise paid digital activity across PPC and paid social channels
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and audience engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise campaign effectiveness

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign and website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Translate marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Produce meaningful reports for internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement through evidence-based decision making

Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business
  • Support broader marketing and business development initiatives
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and best practices

Profile

You'll bring:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content optimisation and digital marketing best practice
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns
  • Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with digital performance data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Experience within a B2B or professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Job Offer

  • Join an award-winning Scottish organisation with an exceptional reputation in its sector.
  • Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking culture built around innovation, openness and continuous improvement.
  • Gain exposure to a sophisticated marketing environment where digital channels play a key role in business growth.
  • Work with experienced professionals and influential stakeholders across the organisation.
  • A varied role offering ownership across SEO, content, paid media and analytics rather than being confined to a single marketing discipline.
  • Hybrid working and an inclusive culture committed to supporting employee development and wellbeing.
  • Enhanced benefits package.
  • Salary between £35-45,000 per annum.

If you're a commercially minded digital marketer who enjoys turning data into results and wants to make a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
