General Foreman 

Our client is seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee structures and drainage works on a major civil engineering project.

General Foreman Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day structures and drainage activities.

• Manage site teams, subcontractors and plant operators.

• Coordinate labour, plant and materials.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.

• Monitor quality and progress of works.

• Carry out site inspections and toolbox talks.

• Liaise with Site Management and Engineers to ensure smooth delivery.

General Foreman Requirements

• Previous General Foreman experience within civil engineering.

• Strong background in structures and drainage.

• Gold CSCS card.

• SMSTS or SSSTS.

• First Aid qualification.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
