What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning through to completion
• Review the work of junior team members and provide constructive feedback
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the audit process
• Support the training and development of audit juniors and seniors
• Liaise with partners on technical and client matters

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS
• Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading teams
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
