About the Job you are considering:
We are looking for an experienced Informatica Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain robust ETL and data integration solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing Informatica mappings, workflows, and data pipelines to integrate data from multiple source systems into enterprise data warehouses and downstream applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica IDMC/IICS, along with strong SQL, database, ETL, and data warehousing knowledge. The role involves working closely with business analysts, data architects, and application teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing data integration solutions.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Develop ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS).
- Build Mappings, Mapplets, Sessions, Workflows and Worklets.
- Perform transformations, cleansing, validation and data-loading.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures and database objects.
- Troubleshoot ETL failures and production issues.
- Optimize Informatica mappings for performance and scalability.
- Implement data-quality and reconciliation checks.
Your Skills:
- Strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter IICS and ETL development with handso n expertise in data extraction transformation and loading processes.
- Strong UK Broker dealer experience and capital market skill.
- Good to have Python skill.
- Ability todesign develop and optimize complex ETL workflows mappings and data pipelines with focus on performance and data quality.
- Handson experience inSQL Unix and data warehousing concepts factdimension models.
- Expertise indata validation testing and ensuring accuracy between source and target systems.
- Experience inrelease management production support and issue resolution for ETL pipelines.
- Strong communication leadership and problemsolving skills with ability todrive delivery independently".
