We are looking for someone with a track record of finding unique and compelling ways to develop medicines to deliver superior health outcomes. Are you enthusiastic about being part of a business that is driven by a strong purpose? Are you a people person with a natural ability to think differently? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

PURPOSE STATEMENT

At Fitabeo Therapeutics, we challenge the status quo in terms of pharmaceuticals, as healthcare costs across the world are expected to grow exponentially due to the growing elderly population and a growing number of invasive treatments. We are driven by the fact that healthcare is delivered more efficiently and at reasonable costs if the medicines are administered through non-invasive routes, resulting in decentralised healthcare and providing patients with autonomy.

OUR VALUES

Autonomy: Each one of us within the organisation has freedom/flexibility as we strive toward enhancing patients’ autonomy and to provide equitable access to medication.

Enablement: We prioritise enabling others within the organisation and contribute towards enabling patients to live healthier lives and healthcare savings.

Superpower: We believe that we all have the superpower to bring innovative medicines that will create a lasting impact and enhance patients’ quality of life.

Experiment: We feel comfortable challenging each other in a friendly and motivating work environment.

Audacity: We think and act boldly and believe in our purpose. Sure, people have failed to fit a square peg in a round hole, but we will still try it.
