Are you a high-performing sales professional ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to drive your own revenue success?

As a Divisional Lead, you'll play a key role in growing business opportunities, developing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results. This is the first step on our Sales Leadership pathway, offering the opportunity to combine hands-on business development with coaching, mentoring, and team leadership responsibilities.

You'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales performance, developing specialist expertise within your team, and creating a high-performance culture that delivers outstanding results for clients, contractors, and the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Achieving personal sales and business development targets while leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Driving focused business development activity, client engagement, and value-based sales conversations.
  • Developing and executing local and national client growth strategies.
  • Leading sales meetings, one-to-ones, and performance reviews to drive accountability and success.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to maximise performance and career progression.
  • Supporting team members to become trusted advisors to clients through market knowledge and industry insight.
  • Monitoring team performance through data, reporting, and sales metrics.
  • Working closely with Talent Delivery and leadership teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Championing change initiatives and fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
  • Identifying new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in business development and account management.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting the development of colleagues.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • A commercially minded individual who understands market trends and can translate insight into business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A data-driven approach to performance management and continuous improvement.
  • A passion for developing others and building high-performing teams.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to play a key leadership role in a team from its inception.
  • Clear leadership development pathway.
  • Structured leadership and coaching programmes.
  • Ongoing professional development and mentoring from senior leaders.
  • Opportunity to shape the success of a growing team while continuing to build your own client portfolio.
  • A collaborative, high-performance culture that rewards ambition, innovation, and results.

If you're ready to combine your sales expertise with leadership responsibilities and help develop the next generation of top performers, we'd love to hear from you.
