Order Specialist - #2160525
KubeNet
Sales & Order Coordinator
Glasgow | Full Time | Permanent
KubeNet is looking for an organised and customer focused Sales & Order Coordinator to join our growing team in Glasgow.
This is a varied role sitting between our customers, sales team, suppliers and technical teams, helping to make sure customer orders move smoothly from initial order through to delivery.
We’re particularly interested in speaking to people who have worked within a smaller business environment, where roles are varied, people take ownership and everyone works together to get things done.
You might currently be working in sales administration, order processing, customer service, operations or service coordination and be looking for a role where you can take more responsibility.
What you'll be doing
You’ll take ownership of customer orders and help coordinate the process from sale through to successful delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Processing and managing new customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the sales team with order and customer administration
• Coordinating orders with suppliers and internal teams
• Keeping customers updated throughout the order and delivery process
• Monitoring progress and proactively following up on outstanding actions
• Maintaining accurate customer, order and supplier information across internal systems
• Managing documentation and ensuring all relevant information is captured correctly
• Identifying potential delays or issues and escalating these when required
• Responding to customer and internal queries
• Working closely with Sales, Finance, Service Delivery and Technical teams
• Supporting improvements to processes and ways of working
• Taking ownership and making sure things don’t get missed
What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys dealing with people and takes pride in getting things right.
Ideally, you'll have:
• Previous experience in sales administration, order management, customer service, operations or a similar coordination role
• Experience working within a smaller business where you’ve had a varied remit
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to manage multiple orders, priorities and deadlines at the same time
• A proactive approach rather than waiting to be told what needs done
• Confidence dealing directly with customers and suppliers
• Good general IT and systems skills
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the business
Experience within IT, telecoms, connectivity or an MSP environment would be advantageous, but it isn't essential.
We're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, organisation and customer focus who can learn our services and become an important part of the team.

Why join KubeNet?
You'll be joining a friendly and collaborative team where people are encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas and develop their skills.
If you enjoy being busy, keeping things organised, helping customers and being the person who makes sure things actually happen, we'd love to hear from you.
