This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who enjoys mentoring others while remaining involved in the technical and client-facing aspects of the role.
You'll continue to play an important role supporting Financial Planners and clients, while also helping to maintain high service standards across the administration team. The position offers a blend of technical administration, workflow oversight and team leadership, making it ideal for someone looking to take on greater responsibility without moving away from the work they enjoy.

What you'll do
- Provide day to day support to Financial Planners and clients throughout the advice process
- Prepare client meeting packs, reports and supporting documentation
- Manage new business, servicing and review activities across a broad range of financial planning cases
- Liaise with providers, clients and third parties to progress cases efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Lead and support a team of Financial Planning Administrators, helping maintain high service standards
- Assist with training, coaching and development of team members
- Monitor workflows and help ensure service level standards are consistently achieved
- Work closely with advisers and colleagues to improve processes and client outcomes
What you'll need
- Experience working within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA environment
- Strong Financial Planning administration experience supporting advisers or planners
- Good understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning processes
- Previous team leadership, supervisory or mentoring experience
