Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Data and AI to support Finance technology and transformation initiatives within a leading financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, Technology, Product, and QA teams.
• Support data, reporting, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives.
• Analyze data sources, data quality, data mapping, and business processes.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and support defect resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Experience with Data, Analytics, AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of data concepts, reporting, and process analysis.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Note- Banking and Finance experience is mandatory for this role.
