Are you a relationship-driven Business Development professional with an established network across Scotland's infrastructure, construction or civil engineering sectors?

We're partnering with a growing organisation that is investing heavily in its Scottish operations and looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of developing new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and creating a strong pipeline of work across a range of major infrastructure and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities across Scotland

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders

Support business growth through proactive networking and market engagement

Manage opportunities from early-stage discussions through to tender and contract award

Maintain an active pipeline using CRM systems and market intelligence

What We're Looking For:

Proven Business Development, Pre-Construction or Client Relationship Management experience within construction, infrastructure or civil engineering

Strong understanding of project procurement and delivery processes

Established network within the Scottish construction and infrastructure market

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Commercially minded, proactive and motivated to generate opportunities
