Reporting to Senior Director of Facilities

About the Role

We're seeking an organised, customer-focused Workplace Co-ordinator to help deliver a safe, professional and welcoming workplace.

You'll be the main contact for employees, visitors, clients, suppliers and contractors, coordinating front-of-house, facilities and general site support.

Key Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, high-quality workplace by coordinating facilities services, maintenance and repairs; managing visitors, meeting rooms, hospitality and enquiries; working with building management, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders; maintaining records and supporting purchasing, invoices, events, office moves and projects; promoting health, safety and compliance; and identifying improvements to workplace services, processes and efficiency.

Experience & Skills

Essential

• Proactive, customer-focused and solutions-oriented.
• Organised, adaptable and confident managing competing priorities.
• A clear communicator who works well independently and with others.
• Experience in facilities, workplace services, reception, hospitality, office administration or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong administration, organisation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with multiple stakeholders or service providers.

Desirable

• Knowledge of health and safety or facilities management.
• Corporate or professional services experience.
