Location: Glasgow, office based
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview
With a service-oriented mind-set and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom, Europe and Canada.
You will join a team where your role will be vital to the success of the operation so being collaborative is essential.

What does a typical day sound like?
- You will offer retail stores fast, consistent and high-quality support
- You will be responsible for raising repair and maintenance jobs across the retail stores and Head Office
- You will be responsible for the logging, tracking and reporting of all maintenance issues
- You will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance across stores and Head Office
- Other Ad hoc tasks as and when required.
