This role is suited to a designer who is comfortable using generative AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve design ideation, prototyping, UX writing, visual exploration, documentation, and design productivity.

Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other designers to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. You will be involved throughout the design lifecycle, from understanding user needs and defining user flows to creating prototypes, validating designs, and supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive interfaces using Figma.
  • Develop and maintain reusable design components, patterns, and design systems.
  • Translate user research, business requirements, and UX concepts into functional and appealing digital solutions.
  • Define interaction patterns, navigation structures, transitions, and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct or support user interviews, usability testing, feedback analysis, and design validation activities.
  • Use data, research findings, and user feedback to guide design decisions.
  • Prepare design specifications and support effective handover to development teams.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, consistent, and aligned with brand and product standards.
  • Use generative AI and AI-assisted design tools to support ideation, content creation, prototyping, design exploration, and workflow automation.
  • Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usability, accessibility, originality, security, and brand consistency.
  • Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, technologies, and AI-enabled design practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, standards, and collaboration practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX, product design, interaction design, or a related discipline.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff.
  • Experience designing web, mobile, or enterprise digital products.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, visual design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Experience working with responsive design, accessibility, and design consistency.
  • Experience conducting or supporting user research, user interviews, surveys, usability testing, or feedback analysis.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and product design work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with product, engineering, business, and technology teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Practical experience using generative AI tools or AI-assisted design workflows.
  • Experience with tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI-assisted prototyping, design automation, or AI-supported UX writing.
  • Experience creating or maintaining design systems and component libraries.
  • Understanding of usability testing, accessibility standards, and inclusive design.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams.
  • Experience designing products in financial services, banking, fintech, insurance, or other regulated industries.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong user-centered and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
  • The ability to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Confidence using AI tools responsibly to improve design productivity and quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to design consistency.
  • A collaborative approach to working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A willingness to learn, experiment, and contribute to a modern, AI-enabled design practice.
