You'll work on live campaigns for brands people know, and get real experience in customer acquisition, representing brands, sales and campaign performance. You'll also learn what actually makes a business grow.

What you'll be doing

• Representing well-known brands on customer-facing campaigns
• Getting to know customers and what they need
• Explaining products, services and brand messages clearly and confidently
• Building your sales, negotiation and customer engagement skills
• Bringing in new customers and helping our clients grow
• Keeping track of your results and learning what makes a campaign work
• Feeding back what you hear from customers so we can improve our campaigns

Who we're looking for

Development and progression

You'll start with hands-on training, then get ongoing one-to-one coaching in sales and business development. As you grow, you can move into campaign management, business development and leadership.
