About us

Aura Connections is an outsourced sales and marketing company working with some of the UK's best-known brands, including E.ON, EE and British Gas. We specialise in events, business-to-business and field-based marketing, and we build direct relationships between our clients and their customers.

What we focus on is simple: great customer engagement, strong client relationships and long-term growth through well-run campaigns.

What you'll be doing

• Speaking with customers face to face, finding out what they need and recommending the right products and services
• Representing major UK brands at events, in businesses and out in the field
• Working towards your own and the team's sales targets
• Building strong, professional relationships with customers and clients
• Helping plan and deliver client campaigns
• Taking part in regular training on sales, communication and leadership
• Learning how to spot new business opportunities and follow them up

Who we're looking for

You don't need any sales experience. We'll teach you. We're looking for people who are:

• Confident and enjoy meeting new people
• Competitive and motivated by goals and results
• Organised, reliable and good with their time
• Keen to learn and grow
• Team players who also take ownership of their own performance
• Interested in sales, business or client services

Whether you've just graduated, you're coming from retail or hospitality, or you fancy a change of direction, we'd like to hear from you.

Training and progression

You'll start on a structured training programme with one-to-one coaching and mentoring from day one. You'll learn the basics of sales, recruitment and leadership, with clear routes into team leader and management roles as you progress.
